Hi, I’m Jessica and I’m obsessed with helping people find confidence to live intentionally so we all create meaningful contributions to the world!
I started the Clarify Simplify Align Method a few years ago after experiencing burnout myself in critical care and academia as a pharmacist. I quickly realized that decluttering and simplifying my life, getting clear on my core values and purpose and creating work-life alignment and harmony resulted in Joy at Work. My friends and family started asking me how I was doing it, and I started coaching them. Soon I was Certified in the KonMari Method (the only healthcare professional of ~215 Certified in the US) and had a few clients that I was helping spark joy in their lives again! I knew so many more people could benefit from this.
I offer 1:1 coaching because we worked SO hard to get to the top of our professions in healthcare and now many of us don’t feel fulfilled. I want to change that AND simplify how healthcare families live, parent and define success.
