As a licensed healthcare professional, I am passionate about helping not only my patients but other busy professionals like myself clarify, simplify and align their life in a comprehensive manner. Yes, these 3 topics are very applicable to healthcare professionals today, especially with burnout rates and suicides increasing in our profession. But I know that other people outside of these areas are affected and would like help, accountability and individualized coaching. We can all live a life that brings us joy!
