Check-in on your Ideal Lifestyle in 10 domains weekly
I do this on Sunday evenings or Monday mornings
When our lives are mis-aligned, it can be hard to know where to focus our attention. Based on your previous week, rate each area in your life. When you’re done, you’ll know what areas need your focus. Keep in mind that you shouldn’t work on all areas at once.
