Unsubscribe from emails that no longer bring you joy

Archive all emails older than one week.

Stop putting emails into folders. The search bar is amazing.

Remove email from your phone.

Stop all notifications on your phone and on your computer.

Remove social media apps from your phone.

Remove shopping apps from your phone.

Set up Do Not Disturb on your Phone for evening routine.

Let go of old photos on your phone.

Delete Old Text Message threads, old phone calls and old voicemails.
