Planning your Goals means thinking about the end in mind first with your Life goals. These are big picture goals. Now, don’t fret. Goals are not static. They can change and flow with seasons of life. So…if you change your mind about a life goal later or achieve it early. No worries. Adjust with the new season of life later on.

We reverse engineer our goals from life goals down to yearly goals down to quarterly goals and then monthly, weekly and daily goals. Yes, breaking down these big goals into baby steps allows us to focus daily and achieve our big goal steps each day!
