Dr. Ashlee Klevens Hayes shares her journey through pharmacy as a third-generation pharmacist from USC School of Pharmacy (we graduated together!) and being open-minded to changes as a dual-couple in medicine. When her start-up company was bought and she found herself searching for a new position in a new state, she saw the need to solve a problem many of her friends and colleagues were experiencing. From there, RxAshlee was born and she has become an go-to expert in her field. Ashlee shares openly about the hardships she overcome as the breadwinner in her family during these times of transition.
Her piece of advice: create your personal brand and asks that everyone builds a relationship with their pharmacist.
About: Dr. Ashlee Klevens Hayes, PharmD/MHA, is the founder and content creator of RX Ashlee. Former Director of Clinical Operations and Faculty at the University of Southern California, she now leads the company with a mission to teach ambitious, high female health care professionals how to stand out in a competitive marketplace and thrive in their careers. Ashlee is an Interview Prep Expert, Marketing Pro, & Coach to Ambitious Professionals, and she runs online communities, women’s mastermind programs, as well as and coaches her interview prep clients on a one-on-one basis.. She currently resides in Orange County, California with her husband, daughter, and two rescue dogs.
