On today’s episode, we are diving deeper into How to Start the New Year with Confidence and Clarity. I get this question a lot. How do I goal set? How do I actually stick to my goals and achieve them in the timeframe I said I would?

Now, the first step is remembering that we do NOT need to start on January 1st with goal-setting. I am a big advocate for taking action in our lives and that means we can start any day of the week, any week of the month and any month of the year.
