How to Break your Shopaholic Addiction | 5 Ways to Stop Shopping

Are you struggling with shopping and overspending? Do you want to reduce your spending, get out of debt, and be more intentional with your day-to-day decisions?

I know how difficult it can be to stop shopping and reduce your spending. I was there. I was SO burnt-out by the end of my residency training (critical care pharmacist) back in 2015 that I started coping with my stress by shopping…and shopping…and shopping some more. I accumulated SO many unnecessary clothes but I couldn’t stop. I was stuck in a shopaholic behavior or addiction state. Luckily I had the funds to finance these purchases and didn’t accumulate financial debt from this time in my life, but I HAD TO CHANGE. 

Here are my 5 Tips to Start changing your shopping habits. I hope they help you as much as they helped me.
